Common issues and solutions for CognitiveTPG printers
Printer Not Printing
Check These First:
- Power: Verify the printer is powered on
- Paper: Ensure paper is loaded and cover is closed
- Connections: Check all cable connections
- Driver: Confirm driver is installed - Download Drivers
Paper Jams
- Turn off the printer
- Open the cover completely
- Remove the paper roll
- Gently remove any jammed paper
- Reload paper and close cover
Poor Print Quality
- Paper may be loaded wrong side up - flip the roll
- Increase print darkness in driver settings
- Printhead may need cleaning with isopropyl alcohol
LED Indicators
